FAQ and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

You can either use your credit card or debit card to purchase our goods. All payments are handled securely through Shopify/PayPal.

Do you guys have AfterPay?

Yes We Sure Do!! :)

Can I change something on my order once it has been placed?

In some cases we can but cannot guarantee it. If you think you have made a mistake with your order please contact us through our website immediately!

Will I receive a confirmation email once my order has been placed?

You sure do! As long as you've provided us with your correct email address.

Do you ship to my country?

We are able to ship to just about everywhere.

I've just placed my order, how do I change my shipping address?

You must email us as soon as the order has been placed in order to change it. 

Do you send to PO boxes?

Yes we do send to PO Boxes!!

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to our 'Shipping' page for shipping times. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We only ship with tracked options. You can expect an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

My items haven't arrived what?

Note that the delivery times are estimated targets so please don't email us within the time frame that has been added next to your selected shipping option on our 'Shipping' page. All of our orders are now tracked so it is up to you to track your order with Australia Post using the tracking number provided with your order. If you have any issues with your tracking number then please email us.

The size I ordered doesn't fit...

It is up to you as the buyer to choose the correct sizing based on the information and pictures given surrounding our products. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us through our website and we will help you in choosing the correct size :)

What is your returns policy?

We can offer a sizing exchange on your purchase but you will have to cover shipping costs for this so choose carefully.

How do I make a request to restock an item?

Feel free to send us a message through the 'Contact Us' page and we'll let you know if we're getting the item you're after back in stock!

 How do I use my discount code?

You are given the option to use a discount code when you go through checkout on the same page as you enter your payment details.

Do you have a physical store?

Not right now.

Why should I sign up?

So when you purchase from us next time (which we both know you will) ;) it makes the process a hell of a lot smoother for you!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Not right now :)
